I read this thread hoping that your guildie popped a fuse and went Kry on vent. I'm terribly disappointed.
Flurry does only reduce base damage, but why would you want to reduce your damage at all on a SP spike? Tiger Stance's 20s recharge isn't...
Requirements: 15^50 or inscribable Mods, req, and color don't matter. I'm seeking to minimize cost though, so I'd prefer unmodded high...
