Faster Recharge doesn't affect Ritual Lord since it isn't a spell . Either even if it was a spell, the additional 20% faster recharge...

Called Reversal of Fortune. Holy damage treats all armor levels as if it was 60, which means holy damage doesn't ignore armor.
