Hours per day = Total number of hours you've played (type /age ingame) / total number of days since you created your account.

/signed for everything but the last 2 general ones.

If it is really just a matter of putting in a checkbox, then /signed. If it takes any more than that, /notsigned.

Perhaps fix these things for HM and actually make it hard. I'd say it's too much work for 30 seconds though, considering all the things...

You can just do a forum search to find threads about this for your particular profession. There should be information in the profession stickies...
