I'd like an idea of how much these are worth.

I lol'ed. The assassin's energy pool is fine. Use Shrouded armor and Zealous Daggers. (13 Critical Strikes helps too) Still having energy...

No. Canthan characters can only do quests from LA and beyond.

The only reason you see A/Mo in PvE is for a hard rez and self-condition/hex removal. Anything else would be inefficient for an Assassin to use.

Meh.. The Assassin armor is alright, but some sort of small bonus would be nice, as would inherent evasion. Which might be overpowered... The next...
