UAura gives a HERO one less pip of energy regen. Not worth it in my opinion. Word of Healing outweighs it heavily in Hero Builds.

If you feel you can fit Dwayna's Sorrow on the Monk bar then the Monk should use it on Minions just the same as a Minion Master.
Extend is ok if you want to use really short enchantments. Clearly, anything over 10 seconds and it's probably not worth using. Enchantments...
