No I dont think it is worth anything. Serpent axes are one of the golds that only spawn in HoH but arent as popular as dwarven and crystalline. sorry.
Salvage and hope to get the 20%enchantments. +30hp doesnt usualy go for more then 6k, and 20% enchantments on staff is rare. can go for 15k.
