Run/play him to the area in Nightfall with the worms (junundu or something). He'll be lvl 20 in no time.

Yes, both the enchants and health degen stack. As for getting into HA, this is a pretty good guilde to it.

Warrior for Burst of Agression. Every sin is a SP/BoA sin, but that's just because it's the most effective build.

Bring a hero monk with Restore Condition IMO.
