Yes..... the CE and standard edition both give 2 slots when added to an existing account.... + the bonus pack slot...... = 3 new slots >_<...

The characters will remain on your account though locked til Nightfall goes live; but they will be reset to lvl 1 with starter gear.
If you get the bonus pack and the full game you get 3 more slots added to an existing account.
