You could always have a number of headpieces and use your superiors to start with, and if you find yourself taking too much damage or DP'ing...

If your in the Norn section, stand at one arm and take the groups one at a time. THen when your finished pull the groups in the middle.

I don't see how people are able to bump year old threads....

I imagine you could trap them innefficently.
