I don't remember seeing that collector (Wintun the Black) before .... at the Luxon camp. He has the energy +8, +15 -1 regen +30 health...

Since the Jade sea was once water, and not jade, they may indeed be turtles.

Now that I have seen Cantha ..... I really like the Jade Sea. Forget what they are called but whispy dragonlike things that float up and down over...
