Hit F11 then the control tab and change the key assignment. Quickest and easiest way to remedy the problem.

I really enjoy reading these threads after a skill update. You can tell the difference between those that can think and those that get builds off...

There is no way to see who in alliance is on, except by using friends list. You can't see their guild roster.
