I don't have a problem with henchies healing minions... But henchies do need better skill management, along with heroes. For instance......
In PvE, superior and major mostly. Lowering your health makes mobs more willing to attack you, and lightens the pressure on your casters. Same...
If your going Earth then don't plan on doing damage. Ward Against Melee and Ward Against Elements are extremely helpful in mitigating damage...
