Sorry, but I strongly disagree with your tactics. Pinging an "acceptable" build and then switching to something you like is just childish...

You mentioned NF and Prophecies. Do you own Factions and EotN? If not then those missing skills may be skills that you can only get in those...

You need to pick a 2nd profession, but feel free to put off the decision until you've done all the profession related quests that you can....

If you're going for LDoA then saving the quests will save you some death leveling at the end.

If it's confusing just bring different heroes. The absolute most you can have is 4 of the same hero. (4 Humans and each human brings Vekk)....
