A question nobody seems to have answered... how to get your pet to level 20?! You can't have it around while deathlevelling (?) ... and I'm guessing it stops receiving XP when it's 5 levels above it's kill as players do?

that question u are referring to has been answered some times though. 
anyway... to get your pet to lvl 20 depends on what pet u want to get to lvl 20. The easiest way is to DL a strider to lvl 20 and then just charm it
If u want a bear or other pet u can DL it again but doing it that way means u can't be afk. U will need to keep running to the pet u want to charm and let it kill u over and over again. If u want to DL a bear to lvl 20 and charm it, then u will need someone else to help u get it. (2 ppl bear charm trick)
But then again... if u plan on staying in pre, then it is probably worth it!
U can also use your pet when u DL charr. Just make sure u leave a shaman alive so that the shaman can heal charr who have been attacked by your pet, since they don't have enough time to autoheal.

Wish I would have found this topic a couple months ago, I spent weeks figuring out how to death level charr and now someone has made a guide. Its pretty much the same method I've been using so theres not much room for improvement.
Just hit lvl 17 today (12+hour work days ftl!)

I have a little problem when i dl more than 2 groups. I do everything like the guide says: I let every group kill myself before carrying them to the other groups. But the last 3 nights i had only 2 groups getting exp. always one group was on 8 when i woke up in the morning...

i think its lvl 15. on 14 u will only get him to lvl 19

ok, after 5 routes of charr-levelling with rurik i had to realise that im very very impatient >.< i think ill make other titles but not this one. i appericate those who have patience to make one char get this title but those who make more ...god i cant imagine how do ppl have as much patience to do that more than one time Oo

u can dlvl a monster to 6 lvls above your self. like u can get lvl 16 off lvl 10 char u can dlvl a creature to lvl 20 at lvl 14. difference being its a higher lvl so it takes longer, and u arnt a boss.

I know there's already a pre-searing forum, but seeing it was my idea, and it was suppossed to be a "temporary forum", I thought I'd post it either way. I just think it's lame that I put time in this, and because they posted it earlier my time is wasted (they even used a premade skin!). Seeing their forum link isn't on here anymore anyway, I figured it'd be fine. I orginially intended on making a main site, with a forum as a part of it, but seeing I couldn't really write guides about everything (my experience only really lies with ranger and warriors, and I haven't lured many Charr for deathleveling eyet) I will finish this later

Maxie, I feel what you're saying and agree whole heartedly. However, we have grown MUCHOS in very little time. We have gotten over 1000 posts already. is it possible to combine our forums?

I doubt it's possible to transfer members/posts from one forum to another, and if it is, I don't know how. I also don't think transfering the visuals is possible, seeing that they're differnt hosts (we could still try, however).

lvl 10-14 in 2-5 hours is absolutely impossible.
i started soloing the northland with my mes and after reaching lvl 10 (started at 8) it took ~ 2 complete runs (all charr groups killed including bosses) to get to level 11 then ~3 for lvl 12 then ~ 4 for lvl 13 and i estimated it to be 8 more runs for lvl 14
at lvl 10 it took longer to kill and i died more often so the run could take 1hr30-2hrs at lvl 12 no deaths and could clear in a hour. The time i spent already from lvl 10-13 is roughly 10 hours and with another 8 runs runs to go there is no way you can do this is 2 hours let alone 5.

I'm level 16, and even I can only clear about 8-12 runs in 2 hours. Some of these numbers are way off (including from deathleveling).

I tried death levelingand when i die the moas run away. So im not seeing how i can be afk for this. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong south of ashford abby.

keep spawning at barradin until the moas and spiders spawn NEAR the shrine if they are too far away then they will run away when u die. IF they are near the shrine they won't move as far and when you res they will still be in your aggro circle. But yeah, talk on the forums, not here.

Miss Az Is Leet just hit lvl 16 - though I death levelled the last level or two (which is why it has taken me so long..lol) wish I had a vamp weapon...*sigh*.
I'm expecting it to take me about a month for each level so maybe in three months I'll be ready to do the quests.
Don't know if it had been mentioned, but did anyone notice a change in the char and their aggro? I used to be able to pull one or two away and kill, but was unable to solo in the past couple of months as the whole group started coming...

yeah the AI was changed about a month ago. You can't pull just the monk first and then the other casters, a shame really.
