right, i was on my PvP female ele in GToB trying to buy a few zaishen keys (i know, im a complete idiot) and i get a random team invite. i accept, and say "hey, how many keys have you got? im buying for 2.7k each." and he ignores me. i notice he continues to add people to the group. once the group is full, he takes us out into the Isle, and starts running around somewhere. at this point, i noticed that ALL of the people he invited to the group were female except for him. i think "ok, he might just want to open the chest with people around to see for some reason...", but he runs all the way to the one "enchanter" zaishen person and starts attacking. most people leave, except me and about 2 others, we wanted to see where he was going with this. (maybe he wants girls around to show off his "leet" sin powers? he was an assassin btw...), and after we "help" him kill the damn thing, he starts flexing on its body, and everyone leaves but me. he starts saying "u like me?" "i like u" "wanna be my gf?". ignore lists are SO ftw. im a guy by the way, and my character was a girl. shocking.

I would like to defend the males using female characters thing. I am a 54 year old fat guy and play female casters. Your character is what you have to look at while you play (unless you pat 1st person and I don't know anyone who does). Why not make it nice to look at? Okay a couple times I've had to explain to children that I am not female.
For funny, the level of literacy cracks me up. Some of it is English as a 2nd language people, which is understandable. But many are the product of our educational system. It cracks me up and makes me sad at the same time.

I had a funny experience with a kurzick assassin in AB. During ancestral lands, I saw this person on local chat taunting and taunting the luxons with stuff like "Suxons, you all so n00b!" and what not. It happens a lot so I just ignored it and did my thing, till I saw this very guy teleport right in front of me. Instinctively I began attacking - assassins usually dmg fast so it's good to get a headstart. Except this fella was so busy typing insults, he let me degen him to death.
I left him then commenting to him that if he spent more time fighting than talking, he'd probably have something to boast about. Instead of taking the advise, he continued... now aimed at me, "Talia you coward! I killed you noob!" And I replied "No, I'm fairly certain I killed you while you were in front of me and not moving." and my teammate confirmed it for me. But this guy went on, insisting that he'd killed me. And that all luxons are suxons and cowards and noobs.
Oh well, I decided to leave him alone - luxons won that round. After that game, I heard someone else killed him while he was still typing.

I was in a PUG a couple of weekends ago doing some quests that I skipped over in Kryta. One of the people in my group just randomly said, "Telephones have no nutritional value." That's the only thing she said the entire mission, not another peep....

i know that this isn't really what one person said to me, but it's still strange.
i was abing a little while ago, and i was on the kurzick side when i saw that some on the luxons said something about wanting peace between the kurzicks and the luxons.
a lot of people type stupid stuff at the start of ab, so i choose to ignore it.
the timer hit zero, so the we went out to cap all the shrines, and then the message pops up saying we have all the shrines.
my team went over hear the luxon base, and all of them were shelled up inside their base.....
i couldn't believe that someone convinced 11 other people to stay inside the base........we one after the minute...it was still quite weird, and i haven't seen anything like that since.

This was a while ago, some dude spamming in local W T S max bow 25k cheap! so I pm'd him, what is it, what are the mods? He rambles off a list of non-max mods on a very common r10 bow (flatbow or some uber common skin) I was like dude, that's merch food. He was like no wtf noob its max I'm just selling cheap to get rid of it... I lol'd.
Also, the other day I was in TOA getting in a group for fow when some guy starts spamming WTB ecto 4k! sell it now price is going down! someone said ecto is 4.6-5k the guy starts calling everyone noob that ecto prices are dropping fast. So I jumped to guild hall, checked the rare mats trader, still selling at 5.5, jumped back and said no they're still the same. So the guy calls me a noob and says they're 4.3 at rare mats trader. I was like nooooo, I just checked. They might BUY for 4.3 or whatever, but they're selling at 5.5 still. He was either really dumb or a really dumb scammer lol.
