to make mesmers useful in PvE they would need a new primary attribute that is actually useful. Fast casting is a waste of attribute points in PvE....

no, as far as i know you cant salvage the mod off after you put it on. found that out the hard way.

It is my strong beliefe that players should bring rez anytime they are in a party with people. to me the only time not to bring rez is in alliance...
