personally, i dont really consider any ele a spiker build unless they put in lightning surge... because those single hit, they are really not that...

a frag mesemer is basically... fragility->phatom pain->shatter delusion->virulence you see is VERY often in random arena

something worth mentioning are... flatbow work like short bow when they are firing from the same distance... imagine recurve/composite to longbow.

and on the side note... it happen to be monk and a necro... the life keeper, and the death keeper... perhaps they are holding each other's...

It is possible that they want to have almost every team member to use some kind of DoT... but that would be quite a team to organize it to get it...

yea... unforunately that fire do better AoE against most creature, lightning do more damage on a single target, earth are capable of doing ignore...
