disable copy/paste/buffer = spam problem solved

remove copy and paste from local chat (and disable buffer)

/signed i have no intention to go through all that farming again. its stupid also heroes shold be account based imo.

gw was released way too late in china.....like 2 years late....it was a messed up release and they put the business in the wrong hands. it spelled...

noone is likely to enter 1vs1 random with anti-specific builds.....and if they do they'll not do well cos they'll only win in specific...
