Steps: 1. Trap them into a corner and body block them with your h/h or team mates. 2. Nuke them to oblivion! When they run it IS really annoying.

I usually like to read some of these ideas, and yours don't seem bad. Something similar to this could be introduced in "guildwars 2"...
