no the health doesnt need a req. you get 8 energy without req, and 15 extra if you have 6 divine
i also have a couple of raven staffs not so good, only in the beginning of the game because i doesnt need a specific class
I have a divine symbol +23 energy (req. 6 divine healing) +30 health -1 energy regeneration Can somebody tell how much its worth?
With healing breeze i can get 9 hp a second for 10 sec.
