How do I start these quests,who gives them or where do they originate from? Thanks for any info.

Sounds like the same problem I had,did you enter the key using all caps for the letters? I signed in and didn't and it told me to go by a game...

I used the key and got to the account creation page set it up and when I tried to play it said click on the store to purchase a game!
