Blue req8 shields from eotn areas. I have played 17 months and got about 10 req8 drops, 6 of them at last month from eotn areas. And all shields.
Loot scaling don't affect me. I do mostly Hard mode, and thought, loot scaling or not, drops at NM sucks.
