Its called runes, inscriptions and insignias. I would not want a permanent skill buff in my skills bar, rather as a rune, inscription or insignia....
you all know as the health bar is red...when it falls below 50% it should change to a more darker colour instead of having a little tick where it...
i'd say its fine as it is, but i agree on one thing...it has more control over the guild. overall i'd say nothing needs to be changed.

I definitely think there should be a new class with a whip weapon for the melee classes. Post what you think or add suggestions.
