I can't find any "silk armor" either. Are you sure that it's not just a piece of armor that requires silk? (have to make sure )
Also, another question now; do insignias stack? I though Survivor and Radiant do, but I'm not sure about the other ones.
The quest Hungry Devourers in Beacon's Perch. When you feed Joe the devourer all ten Succelent Juniper Meats in one go, it makes the quest...
