I went to a best buy and couldnt get just the regular factions, they only had the collector's.

You can also go to the temple of balthazar and go to the proffession changer there, if im not mistaken.

Price of em goes down a lot when dedicated, it will say if its dedicated in the description.

I would say not to add the bleeding mod, because usually you'll just get the adrenaline to use sever artery back before it runs out on the enemy.
