Learn the basics of the game in PvE first so you don't get shouted at in PvP.
The answer is oh so obvious.
Too freaking bad. They warn you on the login page, they warn you in game, there's not much more they can do.

Sometimes "skill" is arguable. I think that often, you just need to be a LPB (Low Ping Bastard), once you have a build that is.
I remember Prophecies had Eve on one side and a warrior on the other with armor that isn't possible to obtain... As an aside, I guess ANet...
