You could try farming the quest Ancestral Anguish. Shouldn't be too hard to farm, but I'm not sure how many drops you would get from it.

Perma-SF definitely makes certain 55 builds less viable due to speed and difficulty reasons. However, some farms are still done most effectively...

I would say Swamp Clubs are sought after. You really can't farm for one either, that is what makes them so rare.
