pretty standard stuff you can probably go without the soldier's strike though I'd replace it with wild blow or watch yourself personally...

rq 8 max gold Spatha 10/10 sundering 15^50(non inscription) +30 planning on upgrading to 20/20 sundering or 10% furious

and barraging but I prefer flatbows for that

In Random Arena they work pretty darn well - and that's as disorganized as pvp gets

I'd say recurve because it has far more utility when compared to a longbow.
