There's a pretty good sword that you can get from the Weapon crafter in Droknar's Forge. 15-22 15%>50% I don't remember the req....

Yup, when you're "casting" the signet is when you have -40 armor. Troll Ungent? No, but you could add it in your head..
If there was to be a place similar to FoW, I'd say Ectos would be nonexistent in Factions. But, instead, rubies and sapphires.
