If you "vanquish" (NM or HM) the area around Olafstead, you can easily make around 5-6k points for the norn title.

I'd go with Nightfall first, so you'll be able to obtain your customizable hero's earlier, who really do work a lot better than most...

I got the pvp pack for nightfall during it, so it's pretty much win-win
