I played around 600 hours on my ritualist, had a lot of fun. Playing Monk for now though.

All the bad stuff; luckily I got my account to UAX just as the weekend was starting, so I might steer clear of it for the weekend.
All titles should be account based to support players who like multiple characters. I'd rather titles be removed entirely, though.

Personally, I and most of my friends who used to play it are bored. We all feel that removing the hero limit would help a lot.
