I don't belive for a second its infect "over 9 million" computers. It's just like Storm, overly hyped up and in the end useless....

Personally, id take a [conjure flame][conjure frost][conjure lightning], give splinter weapon to a n/rt hero, and give him [mark of pain] and then...
