Alot depends on what you want to do, but N/Rt is pretty much the standard when it comes to the energy mgmt needed for most things

The HM version of this nets you 60 enemies every time, and your drops are considerably better, it is hardly worthwhile doing this in NM

Almost all farming builds utilize the skills of other classes. Things like Prot spirit come to mind.
