I group mostly for fun, when I'm doing FoW or vanquishing, it's hero time, my heroes put up with phonecalls and snack/drink/tv breaks etc....

Depends on party size and where you are tbh. In 8 slot teams I usually have a Mo/Me & N/Rt hero.
