No u dont, u just need one of them^, but i dont recommend getting eye of the north becuz its a major skip, factions or nightfall have sum good...
I checked and noticed nightfall and eye of the north cost exacly the same, but how? Nightfall came out a year ago, shouldnt the price have gone...
