Not to be a flamebait, but reading your.. "I'm NOT rich"... why not get a collector's war axe with +15 while enchanted for 5...
How about 12K? You came at a wrong time I guess, weapon mod market crashed since SF update.
12K on the Axe grip 20%+ enchants IGN Yekken Kubar
15K on the vampiric axe haft IGN Yekken Kubar
I hope we will remain at lvl 20 max.. but have large parties for more challenge.
