Some spirits do have that icon at the top, so why not the rest? Makes sense to me and all you'll need to do is re-use the actual skill...

actually, compared to how most nerfs are, that is a small nerf. doubling the recharge - 3 spirits for twice the casting time - and NO energy cost....
