What above said^ But if you are interested in UW skins (Inscribable) try running in the Gate of Fear, they drop UW skins fairly commonly.
If I'm not mistaken someone did a survey and about 40% of the time a turtle got stuck. Fix that and it'd make me happy.
Mesmer is the way to go.
