Imo, if healing cercle doesnt give you anything in battle except occasionally healing melee, why use it? Even weakened some mobs can deal...
Tbh, with OoS health sac is nothing, you dont even need to use a spirit as its not a big deal anyway, as an energy management it...not if good but...
Imo, remove healing signet and get flail, it should be fine then. :]
