I only found one of the catagories for voting... I do agree that site is way to cluttered on the verge of being non-useful.
I am against kick for the most part and I do pugs. I can see kick for special cases. If person is afk after a set time, the option then opens up....
I use Faster Fox etension (works on 1x and 1.5x) and have it set to "Courteous" to web servers. You can also do custom settings....

MM rock in PvE, I don't think there over powered and they have to have dead bodies in PvP to be truly effective, I say keep them as they are.
