No HA rank means one of two things. 1) You don't play HA much 2) You play HA and lose a lot neither one of these characteristics are desirable.

No hat again in LA AD14 nor Kamadon AD 48. Its hopefully they will put the hat at the npc later. I'm done can't chase the stupid hat all day.
