/SIGNED this needs to be fixed i am so sick of having to save pointless bars just so i can run them on my hero.
they only way i would like to see this implemented is that the profit goes to getting more npcs for your hall ie ones you dont have.
/signed though to make it fare they i think would have to rase the cap and compinsate for the people who already have gotten it.
