Honestly, the only title i can think of that is "Grind mandatory" is Legendary Defender of Ascalon All other titles seem to be obtainable...

Monks are going the way of the dodo anyways. It seems to be all N/Rt now a days. (at least in dungeons and the more challenging areas)
