I believe there is one in Druids Outlook (outpost?).

Isn't silver basically white?

It could be that the undead was attacking and the extra damage could seem like quadruple. Also it could be that some undeads have armor against smite.

It could be an item that will be used in the future, but currently has no use now, or it could be a quest item.

Aye Some poeple probably play a game so they can get banned and complain in the forums. (not to insult anyone who was banned).

You can do the quests to get mesmer skills or you can buy them, but you can't redo the ones that give you primary and secondary skills.

Godly is just a marketing term for multiple mods and probably max damage. People will use it in a futile attempt to make the weapon they are...
