easiest way is to have a higher level power level u in the northlands lots will do this if ur willing to give them ur drops some will do it just...

let me guess ur using windows vista the drivers on my computer do the same thing i have tuned it with rivatuner still does it from time to time

if u run good builds they are great fun like any character u have to adapt to the enemies/situation gl with it hope u enjoy it
