Mobs shouldn't be brainless but henchies and heroes should. Finally people will resort to some sort of actual teamwork then.
Like in the topic. 'How to bring back old, good PUGging days in PvE and end this Hero nonsense in PvP, while retaining heroes and henchmen...
I have a remedy for all of your problems. It will very successfully actually force people to form teams, but it won't render heroes useless....
Removing click-to-move would be a step backwards. I'm not going to use WASD if it will be the only option. I will simply look for another game.
