i'm fairly sure that sitting down has no effect on your health regen rate. you health regen increases (to the max number of pips eventually)...

this is all very well and good but if i could afford the 250k for the superior runes then i don't think i would WANT to farm

the bodies that necros can summon to give the monks a bit of a break can make the difference. and they can do respectible dmg. later on necros...

it is very doable to get the forge armour before lvl 10. i have seen lvl 3s in both droknars and in the arena. usually they brag... a lot
