well, if kindle arrows hitting even though you dodged it doesnt make sense, then i think that if your blinded you should have a hard time casting...

well im in a guild with some of my friends and we have about 20 people, 3/4 of them i know from school or whatever, so i dont have any problems...

this is a good enchantment, you loose some energy regen, but the 30% longer is well worth it.
