Buy another game / play a profession you haven't played / use unusual builds / do random quests and missions with friends for fun / organise...

I have fun getting my titles, apart from Cartographer, but I still go for it because of GWAMM. I really couldn't care less if someone knows...

That is the reason I vanquish alone most of the time... not going to wait for a pug to map, and I wouldn't expect anyone to wait for me...

If you don't need the money, just give them to friends/guildies/random Kamadan people. Or sell them for significantly lower than the market...
