A bug? Unless you have a dual-core or HyperThreaded CPU, having Guild Wars open will result in 100% CPU usage. Even if gw.exe isn't using 100%...

I play a pretty good Warrior- I bring rez sig in PVP, which by itself makes me better than 80% of them out there. Been kicking ass with my Bunny...

The only disadvantage a PVE toon has is being forced to cap Elite skills instead of buying them with faction. Non-elites I just buy at Ember Light...

Like ducktape said, put the quality slider at the middle position on your options menu. You have to exit and restart the game after doing so....

At bare minimum, at Geforce 7600GT if you intend to game. From there, the sky's the limit.
